We supported KOMOLO INC., a U.S. food distributor, in their warehouse relocation project due to business expansion.

Our assistance spanned from selecting architects to identifying and preemptively addressing issues in the design process. We proposed layouts aligned with their operations, managed surveys and the refrigeration installation phase with engineers, and presented design base proposals. By efficiently advancing overlapping processes across each phase—from completing architectural documents to coordinating material orders—we enabled the client to focus on their existing business while maximizing the realization of their objectives and ideals in the shortest possible time.
