[Yame Tea x Blue Hill at Stone Barns Collaboration (December 2024)]

We are truly honored to have collaborated with the Michelin 2-star restaurant, Blue Hill at Stone Barns in NY, known for its Farm to Table concept, to present an exceptional pairing menu with Yame tea, one of Japan's finest green teas, to top chefs and industry professionals in New York.

Led by Chef and Beverage Innovation Director Donovan Ingram, the team at Blue Hill at Stone Barns crafted cocktails based on specially blended tea leaves using Yame tea, brewed through traditional methods. By highlighting the delicate flavors of various Yame teas and pairing them with Blue Hill's modern and innovative cuisine, they pursued a unique and extraordinary experience. Their new and innovative approach was truly inspiring, and it became an unforgettable experience for everyone involved in this project.

Starting from February 2025, you can enjoy Yame Tea Lattes at the café located on the premises. If you find yourself at Blue Hill, we invite you to try it!
