We organized and managed a Sake and Shochu seminar and reception at the residence of the Consul General of Japan in New York, hosted by the NY Consulate General.
The event began with a speech by Ambassador Mori, followed by a seminar featuring a director from WSET, one of the world’s largest alcoholic beverage education organizations. In the second part of the event, we introduced and conducted tastings of 25 different types of sake and shochu, allowing guests to enjoy pairings with dishes prepared by the residence's chef.
