Hosted by the Consulate-General of Japan in New York: Sake and Shochu Reception Event Planning and Management

We were honored to plan and manage a sake and shochu reception hosted by the Consulate-General of Japan in New York at the Ambassador's Residence. The event welcomed local guests to experience premium sake and shochu from Japan’s leading breweries and importers, with six renowned producers showcasing 20 varieties of sake and shochu.

Guests enjoyed these selections paired with Japanese-Western fusion cuisine crafted by the residence's chef. Throughout the evening, the artisans and representatives shared their passion and commitment to their craft, allowing guests to fully appreciate the essence and flavors of each sake and shochu.
