Miyazaki Prefectural Government and Miyachiku Co., Ltd.: Miyazaki Wagyu Export Promotion Reception (B2B) Planning and Management

In January of this year, we held a Miyazaki Wagyu promotion reception at the renowned Mt. Fuji Japanese Steakhouse in Hillburn, New York. The event welcomed approximately 100 top culinary professionals from New York, showcasing the exquisite taste of Miyazaki Wagyu.

Miyazaki Governor Kono and his team attended the reception, where Chef Taniguchi, the Executive Chef of Miyachiku, demonstrated cutting techniques and expertise. We also introduced the optimal uses of Miyazaki Wagyu through a scientific approach tailored for professionals.
