We organized and implemented a promotion project in collaboration with Zuma New York, aimed at further popularizing Miyazaki Wagyu.
Zuma New York is one of the largest restaurants in New York, with a total seating capacity of approximately 400, making it one of the largest in the Japanese dining sector. The restaurant offers a diverse menu that fuses authentic sushi and robatayaki with Western cuisine, including high-quality steaks. Originally opening its first location in London, Zuma now operates around 20 locations worldwide, with the New York branch being a flagship restaurant.
In collaboration with Head Chef Ricky Garayua, who has extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine, we developed a special menu centered around Miyazaki Wagyu, showcasing dishes that highlight the unique characteristics of each cut.
Our company strives to conduct market research and maintain close coordination with distribution-related companies and restaurants for each promotion and project. We aim to design and execute promotions that are meaningful for all stakeholders and ensure a strong presence in the market.
